2011 Pool Rules

  1. Pelham Falls pool tags are mandatory at both facilities. No Badge … No Swimming!         NO EXCEPTIONS
  2. NO GLASS – Absolutely no glass in pool or on pool deck.
  3. Clean Up – ALL trash must be thrown away in garbage cans to keep ants away.
  4. Minimum Age – Children 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
  5. Conduct Enforcement – Any person displaying inappropriate behavior will be asked to leave.
  6. Swim Attire – Appropriate swim attire required. NO STREET CLOTHES.
  7. Swim Diapers – Swim diapers are required for all babies and toddlers who are not totally potty trained. In the event of an “accident,” please contact lifeguard immediately for assistance in DHEC required clean up.
  8. Toys – No hard balls such as tennis balls, leather footballs, etc. are permitted. No helium balloons within the fenced area.
  9. Flotation Equipment – Use of rafts and floats may be restricted during peak periods
  10. Adult Swim Time – Only adults and infants/toddlers in their parentsʼ arms are permitted in the pool during adult swim, which occurs during lifeguardsʼ breaks. Please, no children sitting on steps during adult swim. Children in restfooms – Young children must be accompanied to restrooms by an adult.
  11. PARTIES – It is mandatory that ALL parties with 15 or more guests be reserved. A scheduling calendar will be maintained in the guardhous, with each resident responsible for entering their upcoming party or event on the calendar. No helium balloons permitted inside pool fenced area – No Exceptions! Resident responsible for ensuring 1 adult for every 6 children at party!
