Pelham Falls Swim Team Sponsorship Letter

Attached are the forms that need to be filled out for SAIL and swim team signup.  Also,If you are interested in purchasing PFST Spirit Wear such as shirts, hats, bags, hoodies, etc. there is also a form attached – just make sure you specify Adult or Youth.  And finally, the new PFST “forever” swim suits can be ordered using the attached form.  Just note that there are different forms for each of these.

Although the sign’s location and April Fool’s Day timing raised suspicions, your Homeowners Association contacted Greenville County Council to confirm that no such establishment was planned for our neighborhood. A staff member told us that no permit had been issued for the premises, and that opening a “gentleman’s club” there would require rezoning the property for adult business. Such action is highly unlikely given its proximity to a child care center, a church and a residential neighborhood.

Now that we know what won’t be opening in the shopping center, we can go back to speculating on what might. Stay tuned.

Please note that the covenants are in draft form and have not been recorded yet. Recording will require majority approval by Pelham Falls residents, so it is important that you take time to familiarize yourself with them.
