A number of neighbors have informed us that outgoing mail – including envelopes with checks – has been stolen from their mailboxes and the checks fraudulently cashed. If you have been a victim of mail theft and have not reported it, please do so immediately by contacting James Connelly of the Simpsonville Police at 967-9536. Investigator Connelly has a suspect in these thefts and is seeking evidence to build his case. Thank you for helping us keep Pelham Falls safe.

Our Night of Lights is this Saturday, December 10th! Unfortunately we got a late start assembling kits and Swim Team Members just received their kits to sell this past Sunday. Swim Team Members should be out this week selling! Cost is $15. If you have not heard from a Swim Team Member by today, PLEASE contact Brad or Susan Newton and we will get you your luminaries!

It’s that time of year when our Pelham Falls Swim Team families will be out selling luminaries to raise money for the swim team. The date for the Pelham Falls “Night of Lights” is set for December 10th, with a rain date of December 11th.
For your donation, you will receive a kit of 10 candles ,10 white bags, and sand for you to assemble and then place along your curb (your seller will have more details). This is one of the PF Piranah’s biggest fund raisers and we appreciate you supporting your neighborhood team.
When everyone participates the neighborhood looks truly magical!
Many thanks,
Pelham Falls Swim Team

The contractor has informed us that paving work on Pelham Falls Drive will resume this Wednesday morning, October 12, weather permitting. Please allow extra time while entering or leaving the neighborhood .
Residents can help assure work proceeds smoothly by doing the following:
- Do not park on the street
- Turn off irrigaton that may spray the street
- Trim shrubbery that is overhanging the curb
Thank you for your patience and cooperation on this important neighborhood improvement project.
