Our Neighborhood
Pelham Falls is a mature, yet youthful neighborhood set on gentle hills that slope toward the Enoree River. From long time residents to "new to the neighborhood", we are not just neighbors, we’re friends.
The River Path
Our neighborhood is set alongside a beautiful, private river path. The path that spans at least a mile, also includes an incredible array of wildlife, a sandy beach and natural rock outcroppings, as well as waterfalls, sluices, and calm, pond-like areas.
Our Pools and Swim Team
Pelham Falls residents enjoy not one, but two, beautiful swimming pools. Our swim team, The Piranhas, is a competitive swim team designed to teach proper technique, good sportsmanship, and encourage a love of the sport.

Located on the eastern side of Greenville County, South Carolina, Pelham Falls sits off of S. Batesville road near the intersection of Pelham Road and Highway 14.
